BLS CPR & AED CLASSES
Hands of Hearts offers an accredited classes by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified by the American Heart Association (AHA).We are highly trained and will guide you through various life-saving skills, including Basic Life Support for adults, children and infants, performing the 7 essential steps of CPR, and using an AED machine. To ensure a more personalized learning experience.
BLS CPR AED + FIRST AID CLASSES
First Aid and CPR classes will give you the skills and proficiency to handle any emergency situation until the moment first responders arrive. Our CPR courses are American Heart Association (AHA) certified and we ensure that you receive the AHA BLS AED Healthcare Provider CPR certification sought after by employers

What to Expect in Your CPR Course
Hands of Hearts CPR class structures are hands-on, comprehensive, and easy to follow. Upon completion of each of our classes, students are provided with an official certification. There’s no better way to learn CPR than practicing it over and over to build muscle memory, that’s why we always provide one manikin for each student, and everyone will get to perform all the skills we teach. We are not only providing you with a certification, we are teaching you a life-saving skill.
• The class will be very interactive and require the students to move around, so wear something comfortable that allows you to move and kneel down next to the manikin. I will provide one knee pad per student for the duration of the CPR and AED skills.
• Hands of Hearts commits to providing reasonable accommodation for students who require it. Please communicate any need to us ahead of time, if possible.
• Bring any food you might need, we encourage students to bring snacks and eat them while we teach. We always have tea, coffee and water available for everyone, we have drinks covered!
• We will distribute handouts with important information for you to take home. If you like to take your own notes, bring a notepad and pen – we encourage notes too!
• Class will start and finish the class on time. If the student is late to class we might not be able to admit them, so please arrive early.
• We will have a couple of short breaks during class to grab a snack, use the restroom, answer emails etc.
• Hands of Hearts prepare manikins, knee pads, AEDs, and all other training equipment for use. All manikins get sterilized between uses with bleach wipes and gloves are also available for any student that would like to wear them during practice.
• The classroom will be set up when the students arrive with chairs, tables, and all equipment necessary for class.
• There will be audio, visual and interactive components for each class.
