A Basic Life Support (BLS) course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to quickly identify various life-threatening emergencies and provide effective care. This includes administering high-quality chest compressions, delivering appropriate ventilations, and utilizing an AED as early as possible.
There are no age restrictions or profession requirements for our courses. We welcome everyone to become CPR-certified.
Class times are approximately 3 hrs.

After successfully completing CPR training, your certification will be good for two years.
Once you have been certified, you can maintain your expertise and stay current with the latest techniques by enrolling in a CPR and First Aid renewal courses.
